Lisa Hardy is a Sector Manager at the Calgary Public Library in Alberta, Canada and has filled a variety of different roles in Public Libraries big and small over the last 15 years. In her current position, she is involved in developing and implementing new service models and is an active member of the Future Action Team and Strategic Planning Team.
