As Director of Technology for the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library, Ben utilizes over 20 years of technology experience to meet the challenges facing libraries in the 21st century. A 2013 Movers & Shakers and John Cotton Dana award winner, as well as author of the upcoming book, Start a Revolution: Stop Acting Like a Library, he has developed a number of cost effective ways to enhance the patron experience and increase community awareness of the value of public libraries.
