Annie Platoff is the web services librarian at UC Santa Barbara Library. She provides user support to people using the UCSB Library's online services and manages the content of the library website. Annie has been managing library websites for 15 years. She is interested in how libraries can design their websites to serve a variety of user types with various information needs. |
