Andrew Johnson is a Metadata Librarian at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He holds an MLIS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. In his current position, he provides support for the university's digital collections and institutional repository, and he is also involved with campus-wide efforts to develop services and infrastructure for research data management. Prior to joining the University of Colorado at Boulder, his work focused primarily on the collection, management, and curation of research data and associated metadata for laboratories in disciplines ranging from neuropsychology to biophotonics. His research interests lie in emerging services and infrastructure for research data management as well as the role of metadata in managing, preserving, accessing, and reusing research data. |
