Laura Kohl is Head of Reference Services at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. She received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology in 1999 from Boston University and her M.L.I.S. in 2004 from the University of Rhode Island. Ms. Kohl has been working in libraries of all types since 1995 and finds interaction with the patron, in person or via technology, the most interesting and gratifying piece of the library profession.
