Emily McElroy is Head of Collection Development & Scholarly Communication at Oregon Health & Science University. She has served in management positions overseeing electronic resources at New York University and University of Oregon. She is a former Chair of the Continuing Resources Section within ALCTS, a division of ALA. She serves on the Editorial Board of Journal of Electronic Resources Librarianship. She is also a long-time co-moderator of ERIL-L, a discussion list on electronic resources in libraries.
