Emily Carr is a Legal Reference Specialist at the Law Library of Congress. A night owl, she works most of the evening Congressional shifts and developed the http://twitter.com/2usc138 pilot project focusing on Congressional floor activity. She also serves as the backup to @atweber on the Law Library official account and tweets from http://twitter.com/ecarr42. In addition to Twitter activities, she administers the Law Library AskaLibrarian QuestionPoint service and curates the Guide to Law Online.
Emily earned her MILS from the University of Michigan and her BA in History / English from Trinity College DC. Before the Library of Congress, she worked at George Mason University Law Library as Government Documents Librarian and Head of Reference.
