Sandra Crumlish, Manager, Library & Resource Center, Cardiac Rhythm Management, St. Jude Medical CRMD and Special Libraries Association, Medical Library Association
| |
| Sandra Crumlish developed St. Jude Medical’s Library from a bare storeroom over 20 years ago to the current multi-disciplined library. Sandra is the driving force behind the virtual library created in 2006 and migrating to SharePoint this year. The Library supports St. Jude Medical’s worldwide organization, providing enterprise-wide access to e-journals, e-books, medical, technical, and industry information. Her current focus is in developing a knowledge management initiative providing more effective communication and collaboration throughout the company and is working with her vendors and the IT Development Team to create more capable tools to achieve that end. Sandra received her bachelor’s degree in Communications and her MS in Administration from California State University, Bakersfield. Sandra recently completed her certification in Copyright Management and Knowledge Services through the Special Libraries Association (SLA). As a member of both the SLA and the Medical Libraries Association (MLA) Sandra believes you can never learn too much and continues challenging herself with educational opportunities. Outside of work her current hobby is running agility with her chocolate lab, Luc – well, he runs and she tries to keep up. http://www.linkedin.com/pub/sandy-crumlish/4/655/3aa |
