Ms. Lindsey Myers is the full-time librarian at Peters Township High School in Western Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Religious Studies, graduating in the top 2% of her class. She holds her Masters Degree in Library and Information Sciences, specializing in School Library Certification, from the University of Pittsburgh. While a graduate student she was selected as an intern at the Allegheny County Library Association, working with youth services, and upon graduation joined the staff at Peters Township High School. Ms. Myers is a member of the High School Tech Team, and organizes all Tech Flex programs for faculty and presents in-service sessions on Web 2.0 tools for all teachers and staff in the district. She recently received a grant for 10 iPads, and is excited to begin integrating this new technology into classroom lessons. |
