As Director of Services with Brampton Library Rebecca works with a dynamic group to deliver topnotch services through branches in one of Canada's fastest growing, multicultural city. Co-founder of Dysart & Jones Associates, Rebecca consulted with more than 100 organizations and libraries, facilitating planning processes, problem-solving, and organizational design. Her careeer has also included management positions at Imperial Oil Limited in IT, libraries, archives and records, and she was Director, Professsional Learning at University of Toronto's iSchool.  Rebecca is known for having long advocated the application of business and not-for-profit processes to information services and libraries.
