| Karen Froslid-Jones is currently the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment at American University. She has over 15 years of experience in assessment and has expertise in strategic planning, institutional assessment, and assessment of student learning. She co-chairs the university’s Strategic Plan Measurements Project Team and oversees the university’s accreditation activities. She has served as the assessment evaluator on a number of accreditation visiting teams, and has been a plenary speaker at accreditation conferences. She is often asked to speak to groups on issues related to institutional assessment. |
