Jessica Howard is a Reference and Web Services Librarian at Gettysburg College’s Musselman Library, where she is involved in the design and management of the library’s online presence, including the library’s mobile website. She also provides reference services and information literacy instruction. Prior to being a librarian, Jess spent five years coordinating web and electronic promotions for an academic publisher.
