As a former I.T. and Web manager, Erica joined the team at BiblioCommons in 2011. She has worked in public, academic, and special libraries, but her heart will forever be in public libraries. Noted for her poor impulse control, meddling, and peppering communications with Moby-Dick references, she regularly presents on user experience, technology, grant-writing, organizational communication, and community partnerships.
