Michelle Chronister is the User Experience Team Lead for USA.gov at the U.S. General Services Administration. Previously, she worked as a Senior Web Content Manager for USA.gov and managed social media.

Michelle entered federal service as a Presidential Management Fellow after graduating with her MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In 2012, Library Journal named her a change agent in the annual Movers and Shakers issue for starting a social media reference program for USA.gov and GobiernoUSA.gov.
