| Pascal is a Research and Scholarly Communication Librarian at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. He received his MIS (Master of Information Science) from the Université de Montréal in 2001, his MA in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Guelph in 2009 and is currently working on a PhD. His research interests include the development and evaluation of emerging services, developing services for traditionally underrepresented groups and understanding how oppressed and powerless groups use information to pursue collective goals.
