The combined KMWorld & Intranets 2003 event was host to more than 120 speakers and featured six tracks over 3 days. KMWorld & Intranets 2003 served as a forum for the KMWorld Awards sponsored by KMWorld magazine (www.kmworld.com). The 2003 KM Reality Award, which honors an organization for demonstrating leadership in the implementation of KM practices and processes by realizing measurable benefits, was awarded to The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The KM Promise Award recognizes a company that delivered on the promise of providing truly innovative technology solutions for implementing and integrating KM practices into the business process.
