the tool of choice for communicating with mass audiences. On Wednesday Oct
16th, Scott Moore, general manager MSN News & Information and president
of MSNBC.com, presents a keynote entitled " Breaking News: The Impact
of Rich Media Content" that will examine how the use of rich media
content as a news source is approaching, and sometimes surpassing, the
use of traditional
