Streaming Media CA Conference & Exhibition Secures Over 100 Leading Speakers and Presenters for Upcoming October Show

September 17, 2003, Medford, New Jersey—Information Today, Inc. (ITI) announced today the conference agenda and speaker lineup for the Streaming Media CA conference and exhibition. The event, formerly called Streaming Media West, will be held October 14-16, 2003 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California.

The conference features two leading keynote speakers who are industry practitioners sharing their organizations’ implementation of streaming media technology. On Tuesday Oct 15th, Rob Adler, President of CCBN, gives a keynote entitled "Webcasting: Rules of the Road" that addresses how Webcasting is quickly becoming the tool of choice for communicating with mass audiences. On Wednesday Oct 16th, Scott Moore, general manager MSN News & Information and president of MSNBC.com, presents a keynote entitled " Breaking News: The Impact of Rich Media Content" that will examine how the use of rich media content as a news source is approaching, and sometimes surpassing, the use of traditional media.

Other learning opportunities at Streaming Media CA include three pre-conference workshops, which are included with all full-conference registrations. These individual workshops teach the basics of streaming media production and also explore the business values of integrating streaming media solutions within the enterprise.
