With generous contributions by the tournament’s co-sponsors, this year’s participation fee is just $50. Act quickly; prizes and fun limited to the first 40 golfers! Wonderful food and dining expeditions to fine restaurants of the San Diego area are also on this year’s schedule. Plan to join colleagues for an evening of terrific conversation, great food, and lots of fun! Additionally, Information Today invites all registrants, exhibitors, and exhibition visitors to receptions on Monday and Tuesday to renew old acquaintances and meet new colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. There’s never been a more exciting time to visit San Diego, a sparkling waterfront city with a new urban sophistication and an array of attractions. The downtown area has evolved into an exciting urban center, the harbor bustles with restaurants, shops, and sightseeing excursions, and the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, and Sea World are only a few of the city’s dazzling attractions. Expected to attract public, academic, special, corporate, government, and school librarians from all over the world, Internet Librarian ’99 is the only Internet conference designed specifically for librarians and information managers in North America.
