Desk
A host is available
to help you with dinner reservations, give you advice on transportation,
suggest entertainment possibilities, and otherwise assist you in taking
advantage of the variety and excitement of New York City. They will be
stationed in the registration area and will be on duty from 10:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday (May 15 and 16). From where to catch
the subway for Wall Street to what Broadway tickets are still available—they
have the answers for you.
Speakers and
Press Room
A room has been
set aside on Tuesday through Thursday for the use of speakers and members
of the press. The designated speakers and press room is the Morgan Suite
on the second floor.
Tape Cassettes
Sessions are being
taped and are for sale in the registration area. These may be picked up
during the meeting itself.

Announcing a series
of free seminars for InfoToday 2001 exhibit hall visitors. Taking place
in the Presentation Theatre in Americas Hall II, and covering a wide range
of topical contemporary issues for information and knowledge professionals,
these seminars are open to all. These high-demand seminars are open on
a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to get there early!

Coffee and Danish
Hour
Coffee and danish
are provided for conference attendees on each of the three days of the
conference. Times for each morning’s food service are 7:45 to 8:45 a.m.
on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Coffee and Tea
Complimentary
coffee and tea are available in the exhibit hall from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00
a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Information Today, Inc. would

A wine and cheese reception will be held in the exhibit hall on Tuesday
