The company’s mission is to put IPGDirect.com to work for business professionals by providing ideas, answers, and information that can’t be found elsewhere. IPGDirect.com’s first news service, Commercial Real Estate Direct, was launched in July 1999.
According to the announcement, the second news service, Asian Assets Direct (launched in November 1999), is the only real-time news and information service focusing exclusively on foreign investors who are buying assets and distressed loans from Asian banks and corporations in South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, and Japan.
Internet Publishing Group, Inc., based in Pennington, New Jersey, was founded by five former executives from Dow Jones & Co., New York.
