Dialog Corp. has announced that
an expanded roster of content channels is now available through
its DialogPRO small-business product. The updated version of the
Web-based service features additional options for flat-fee subscriptions.
Dialog also announced that content from Business Monitor International
(BMI), a business and economics publisher that specializes in
global emerging markets, is now available through Dialog Profound's
ResearchLine market research collection.
DialogPRO
The new content channels offered through DialogPRO are biotech,
competitive intelligence, consulting, and defense. Two other content
channelsadvertising and newswere included with the
initial release of DialogPRO in February. Subscribers can select
a content channel that best meets their information needs, with
sources prepackaged for each channel.
Three subscription tiersPrimary, Plus, and Premierare
available within each content channel. These tiers vary by the
number and type of information sources available. The Premier
package also features content from NewsEdge. It includes industry
and market news that's relevant to the chosen content channel,
as well as major breaking international and regionalized news.
On a transactional basis, DialogPRO subscribers may search for
and then retrieve articles and reports from information sources
that are not included in their subscription tier.
BMI Content
BMI's publications, including Emerging Markets Monitor,
the Financial Alert series, the Market Monitor series, and the
Quarterly Country Forecast series, are now available for electronic
searching and article retrieval through Dialog Profound. The company's
reporting and analysis covers political risk, finance, macroeconomic
performance, outlook and forecast, industry sectors, and business
operating issues in key markets in Asia, Latin America, Europe,
the Middle East, and Africa.
