Meryl Cole, MA, MLS, is the Principal of Masterminds Strategic Research, coordinator for SLA's FutureReady365 blog and author of Instant Messaging Reference: A Practical Guide. She was awarded an SLA 2011 Presidential Citation for her work on the FR365 blog.
