Barbara A. Galik is the Executive Director, Cullom-Davis Library, Bradley University.  Prior to Bradley, she was Assistant University Librarian for Information and Research Services at Miami University of Ohio;  Head, Slavic and East European Division and Coordinator of Area Programs at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; Head, Slavic and East European Section at the University of Washington, Seattle; and Reference Librarian and Slavic Bibliographer at the University of Kentucky, Lexington.  She has a BA in Russian and Soviet Area Studies Certificate from the University of Notre Dame and an MA in Russian Literature and MLS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She has been involved in MyInfoQuest since its inception and serves as chair of the Advisory Committee and incoming chair of the Policies and Procedures Committee.  She enjoys the challenges of being a librarian in the 21st century and encourages risk taking and "trying things out".
