Helen Heinrich has been Cataloging Coordinator at the Oviatt Library of the California State University, Northridge (CSUN) since 2005. Prior to CSUN she worked at the Getty Research Library as Serials Cataloger. She serves on IFLA’s Standing Committee for Serials and Other Continuing Resources.  Helen writes and presents on a variety of topics related to Technical Services. Her professional interests include automation, electronic resources, workflow analysis and international librarianship.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science from St. Petersburg (Russia) State Academy of Culture and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from UCLA.
