Nancy Dowd is the co-author of ALA's best selling book, Bite-Sized Marketing , Realistic solutions for Overworked Librarians. As Director of Marketing for the NJ State Library her work has earned top marketing awards from NJLA, ALA, PRSA NJ and JAASPER. She has won the John Cotton Dana Award.
