Matt is the Emerging Technology Manager at the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County. His work is about creating new experiences and learning opportunities within the world of digital culture. He holds a Masters degree from Indiana University and 15 years of library experience in public services, technology and management. In 2006 Library Journal named him a Mover and Shaker. He speaks and writes frequently about youth, technology and innovative practices in libraries.
