Joy Marlow has over 19 years of experience at the Columbus Metropolitan Library, 15 of those in public service.  She has worked on two redesigns of the library's site and continues to work on providing and maintaining content.  As a Digital Experience Analyst, she approaches technology with the user in mind, helping to create web sites that engage and empower.
