Christopher Bloechl is an ethnographic consultant for the Gelman Library at The George Washington University. He recently completed his M.A. in anthropology, and will begin work on a doctorate degree this fall. His research interests include the study of language use in online domains, social and semiotic approaches to media and media technologies, and anthropological theory.
