Andrew has  20 years of professional library experience in public and technical services, as well as information systems administration. Andrew holds degrees in library science and music from Stony Brook University and the City University of New York. Andrew's technical hands-on experience includes administration of client/server networks and cost-recovery printing solutions. He has contributed articles to the Encyclopedia of Library and Information Science, Computers in Libraries, and The Electronic Library. He has also co-authored a book on e-metrics for Neal Schuman Publishers. He is currently the Director of the Health Sciences Library at Stony Brook University.
