Travel Arrangements
Expo Travel Services,
Inc. has been designated the official airline ticketing agency for Computers
in Libraries '99. Expo Travel Services, Inc. may be able to offer substantial
savings on the official show carriers. Advance notice is required and some
restrictions may apply, so call Expo Travel Services, Inc. as soon as possible
to secure the lowest possible fares: 201-444-0060, or call (toll free in
the U.S.) 800-829-2281. Or, if you prefer to use the fax, fax your travel
plans to 201-444-0062. All major credit cards are accepted. Expo Travel
may also assist you with housing at various hotels in the area, except
at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City which should be contacted directly (see
above).
Cancellations and
Substitutions
Cancellations will
be accepted if received in writing no later than February 12, 1999. Full
refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given
after this date.
Substitutions for the same
amount of fees may be made until 1:00 p.m. on February 12, 1998. Please
indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the
original registrant. After this date, all changes must be made at the conference.
NOTE: The sponsors
and management of Computers in Libraries '99 reserve the right to
make necessary changes in this program. Every effort will be made to keep
presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforseen circumstances
may result in substitution of a presentation topic and/or speaker. Information
Today, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of their suppliers nor for
the safety of any Computers in Libraries '98 participant while in
transit to or from this event. The total liability during the precise hours
of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
