In her current position, Paulette is a contractor and Manager of Research Services for a DoD Agency. She has 17 years of experience in various library settings. She has a MSLS/MS from the University of North Texas and a Ph.D. in History from the University of Texas at Arlington. Paulette recently organized and presented on the panel "Impact of Technical Standards on Vocabulary & Metadata Projects" at the 2012 SLA Conference  and "Better Websites; Agile, Teens, & Duct Tape" at the 2012 CIL Conference.
