| | As Deputy Director, Kilkka oversees system initiatives and ten of the twenty branches of Charlotte Mecklenburg Library. In Summer 2012 she coordinated the transition to an online registration and tracking database for 22,000 Summer Reading participants that captured real-time progress towards specific targets such as minutes of reading per participant and completion rates, tied into research about summer learning loss. |
