| Hailey M. Ruoff is the Assistant Director of Instructional Technologies and Design Services at the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Cortland. She graduated from the University at Albany in 2003 with a MS in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology. Hailey works with the leadership team of Memorial Library to bring about positive change and relevancy with technology to the patrons. |
