Stacy Bruss is a reference librarian and Engineering Laboratory Liaison at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and is informally the "Innovation Librarian" in the Research Library.  Since she joined the Library in 2009, she has helped lead many of its technology innovations to support customers' research. Ms. Bruss has a BS and MS in engineering and an MSIS from the University of Tennessee.
