Tao Gao, Executive Director, Live2Create Interactive, Inc.

Tao is a graduate of the Computer Science program from the University of South Carolina.  After graduation in 2003, he held an IT Consultant position with the South Carolina State Library, where he worked closely with the IT Director to develop and implement web strategies for the agency and provided consulting and support services to local libraries.

Tao resigned from his position at SCSL in 2006. He co-founded Live2Create™, an interactive agency specialized in providing innovative web and marketing solutions to SME, Government Agencies, and Non-profits.

Tao is also the creator of Joomla in Libraries (www.JoomlaInLibraries.com) - a website provides information, resource, and community support for libraries interested in using Joomla as their content portal.
