Heidi Rubinstein is a researcher at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, R.E. Gibson Library and Information Center, supporting the U.S. Navy and other national interests with engineering and technology services.  Heidi has worked in high tech research and academic libraries for more than 30 years, the most recent 20 years were spent in military systems information at the JHU/APL (Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, R.E. Gibson Library and Information Center). She has worked with computers since 1975.
