Best-Seller implementations in France

Announces that Best-Seller Inc. of St. Laurent, Province of Quebec, Canada (514) will implement its Web-based PortFolio software in three new accounts in France. Says that the Georges Pompidou Centre in Paris is one of France's largest public libraries, with 10,000 daily visitors and 400,000 items of traditional, electronic, and audiovisual material. Notes that the Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques in Paris also selected PortFolio to provide Internet and intranet access to its specialized collection of 600,000 items. Also reports that the City of Montpellier Library Network, with 750,000 items in its collection, will use the software to manage the network of libraries, audiovisual centers, and bookmobiles that serve 40,000 patrons.
