Announces the release of three new CD-ROM legal products by West Group. Says Personal Injury PowerLink is available as a total package, or as any subset of the four segments Medical Malpractice, Motor Vehicles, Premises Liability, and Workers Compensation. Notes each hyperlinked practice segment covers legal analyses, codes, cases, practice guidance, pleadings, forms, and discovery tools. Reports that two other new products, Causes of Action: Business Litigation and Causes of Action: Personal Injury, are practice resources for plaintiff and defense attorneys. Says both products offer step-by-step analysis to help determine whether a cause of action is supported by the facts and circumstances.
