| | Serves as Financial Consultant to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library. Vertere Capital develops custom financial models and budgeting tools used in the daily operations of the library.
Prior to starting Vertere Capital Advisors, Sean spent 15 years in the investment industry with his last role as turnaround COO of Middle Market retail-company. In this role, Sean was part of a team that restructured debt, raised equity capital and an ultimate sale of the company through a 363 bankruptcy sale. Sean is well versed in working with organizations that are facing significant challenges. |
