James Kelly is the Branch Administrator at the C. Burr Artz library, central branch of the Frederick County (MD) Public Libraries. He believes our work should connect people to ideas and, ultimately, to each other. He is most interested in the ways that libraries can collaborate with other local agencies to foster communities.
