Carol Garland has spent the last eleven years as the Director of the Sodus Free Library, in the heart of the Village of Sodus in upstate New York.  With limited funding and staffing, Garland is always searching for cost-free innovations, a search which led her to create a web presence for her Library utilizing Blogger.
