Rob Ross
Director of Implementation Programs

Rob Ross is the Director of Implementation Programs at OCLC. He and his team create and execute programs to ensure the successful adoption of strategic services such as OCLC WorldShare Management Services, WorldCat Local and WorldCat Navigator at OCLC member libraries. Rob joined OCLC in 2006 after stints at the University of New Orleans Library and Bentley University Library. Rob holds a BA in Creative Writing from Ashland University, an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of New Orleans and an MLIS from Kent State University.
Rob is currently focused on writing and presenting on the topics of library workflows, return-on-investment (ROI) and change management.
