Michelle D'Couto

Michelle D'Couto is a Lead Product Manager at Ex Libris, a ProQuest company In her current role, she is the primary liaison with leading academic institutions in a Customer Partner Program. Michelle brings to the library industry more than 15 years of experience managing cross functional teams at leading software and hardware technology companies, and delivering products worldwide.  As a Professional Development Instructor, she created and taught courses at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Las Positas Community College and at local venues in California. She also holds a US patent, was recently published in the Journal of Library Administration and has conducted many speaking events in the library space. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
