Heather Teysko is the Assistant Director for Innovation and Development for the Califa Library Group, a multitype consortium of over 220 member libraries. In addition to vendor negotiations, she is spearheading the creation of enki, their eBook platform, which has been created in partnership with a member library, Contra Costa County.
