Helene Blowers is a Library Journal Mover & Shaker, an ALA LITA Hi-Tech award winner, and the co-author of Weaving a Library Web: A Guide to Developing Children's Websites.  But among her professional accomplishments, she is most widely known as the architect of the online discovery learning program, Learning 2.0: 23 Things.
