Billy Hoya is not so quietly biding his time till the day when librarians rule the Earth. He is currently enrolled as a student in the University of North Texas Library and Information Science Program, and works at University of Houston Libraries where he is involved in several interesting projects, including the evaluation of different types of eReaders and the development of a podcast for the UH Music Library.
