Nicole McGee, Emerging Technologies Librarian, Virginia Beach Public Library

Nicole McGee has a Masters degree in Library Science from Indiana University and has been a professional librarian for nineteen years. She began her career as an academic librarian with a specialization in library instruction and information literacy. She spent nine years at Virginia Tech before joining the Virginia Beach Public Library. She has served as Emerging Technologies Librarian for the past three years, focusing on integrating new technologies into library services and developing technology trainings for staff and for the public.
