Paul Schirle, GIS Analyst, Congressional Research Service, Library Of Congress and GISP

Paul Schirle is the Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Analyst for the Congressional Research Service (CRS) at the Library of Congress.  Mr Schirle joined CRS in January 2009 to establish a program for geospatial analysis to expand the Service's support to Congress.
