Ger De Bruyn, Director, Ingressus

Ger de Bruyn finished a Dutch library college in 1984 after spending an year as an exchange student in the USA. He joined the Dutch PICA library automation firm (now OCLC Europe) after working at several Dutch public libraries. He started his own library service organisation in 1998, serving all kind of libraries in the Netherlands. His company is now employing 25 people. In his transformation from librarian to manager of a company he encounterd his passion, making libraries prove their performance to stakeholders. In this new field he developed the Library Scorecard.
