Adrienne Canty, Manager, Research and Assessment, Edmonton Public Library

Adrienne Brown Canty is the Manager of Research and Assessment at the Edmonton Public Library. As the Representative Project Owner for RFID in 2006 and 2007 she led EPL’s 16 branches through a successful two-year, CA$6-million conversion to radio-frequency identification technologies for circulation, security and customer self-service. In ten years of service at EPL she has also managed four branch libraries and worked as the assistant manager of the Information Services Division. Adrienne received her MLIS from the University of Alberta in 1995.
